Note: Identified on AFS card as "When the Light Hath Gone Out In Your Soul" and, at the end of the disc, Lomax identifies Mr. Caldwell as "John T. Cowell" (pronounced "coh-ELL"). Caldwell was from Phillips Fork. All of the recordings from Sizemore's home are labeled as being recorded at "Middlefork" on AFS cards, as the creek emptied nearby into the Middle Fork of the Kentucky River.
