Stevenage 1951–1958

Recordings of chamber music arranged and composed by Elizabeth Poston, who provided musical transcriptions for Lomax's "Penguin Book of American Folk Songs" (1964). There is no information about the setting of these recordings, so we have given as a setting Poston's home of Rooks Nest House at Stevenage (the setting of E. M. Forster's Howards End), where she lived for most of her life.
